southern ontario | Dundee,,, its strange how some things affect some people one way but not bother the next person at all ,, my wife had migrane headaces for about 20 years ,, they got so bad she could do anything ,,,just wanted to lay in bed in the dark ,, sometimes her vision would go blury and she could see properly the doc gave her stronger and stronger meds for them and they were helping less and less,, good thing she didnt have to work,,by chance she had a hard time keeping her weight off and she decided to stop drinking coke and pepsi,, the only drink she ever drank, she would start in the morning when she got out of bed till she went to bed ,, always just had a open soda in the fridge to satify here craving,,, that was the way her 10 brothers and sister were raised ,,about a day or 2 after she stopped drinking her coke or pepsi she started to go through withdrawls and got a big headace and it lasted for about 7 to 10 days ,, then it went away ,,, never had a headache again,, she always had canker sores in her mouth up to 6 at a time and it looked like they were going all they way out through her cheek and she couldnt eat because of how sore the cankers were on her tongue and you guessed it ,, no more cankers ,, but she still craves her soda ,,real bad on some days but its been a few years and she is determend to stay away from it ,, just thought i would share that ,,, i may never here about soda (or the lack of )changing a persons life again as it did for my wife ,,just wanted to say that others i know say that natural heath foods helped them also ,,, but it is not for everyone and everything but it sure has its place ,,, | |
