Subject: Can 14 day old pigs be weaned?

Ludington/Manistee MI area
I've got a sow that has either layed on or ate 7 of her 11 piglets last night being her most recent. Can the piglets be weaned at 14 days and still make it? My normal target is 28-32 days They appear to be nibbling on solid food. If I wean them do they need different management than when I wean at 28 days? If I wean the piglets now will it effect the meat if she turned to sausage next Tuesday?
