If you right click on the bookmark, and go to properties, make sure that the url does not have any brackets ( ) or apostrophes ' " snuck in there from the upgrade, I run into this every now and again in other links, seems to be an html/text interference of some sort... in the url box just make sure it only shows exactly the url that you want.
