3 factors to consider:  Volume of use, amount of space, and budget.

First thing is easy.  Any digital copier will work as a laser printer ... may require a card.  And probably any laser printer will work as a small copier.  And possibly either will work as a scanner.

Which particular one depends a lot on those 3 factors.

If you get an all in one,, make sure it is NOT an inkjet.  Your cost per copy will be prohibitive.
