Pasco WA. | It is like the 300 bu corn averages in the other posts. I could call there bull shot but I would really like to know how the hell Jay did that cause I can't seem to break 200 average on my pivot!!!!!!!!!!
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Heat units are my limiting factor in corn. We had more heat units this year. Plus I planted fertilized and managed for high yields. Will I be able to do it again? Not likely any time soon. Now if I could just figure out how you guys grow corn on corn with so little tillage. The down side to high yielding crops is that it's gonna take a lot of passes with the disk to make a seedbed for next year. | |
