Home butchering

Subject: You are all missing the point.


I understand you can process your own meat, but here in ontario you can not kill your beef on the farm and take too the butcher too cut it up with out the inspector being present. Now why is that? All animals when it comes to slaughter must have an inspector on site, but when it comes to wild game there is now inspector, why is that?
