Finished this week with broilers for the winter. We did 1000 of mine and several hundred for others last 2 Saturdays. Getting help to run the plant, dealing with all the cutting up of the birds,vacum packaging,etc. IS WHY there are few small broiler buthchey places. We charge $3.50/bird and we barely keep the doors open.
