Subject: I have a ?

Deer hunting season has started, now when I shoot my trophy deer and want too get it processed I can either dress it out in the field (very sanitary) or take to my butcher who has deer piled up like cord wood, and might get at my deer in few days or so, now I don,t see anying inspecter when I shot my deer or when my butcher is going to cut it up. Now how was the deer that I shot and going to eat raised? Was it a healthy deer or did it have a disease of some sort. Funny how big brother seems too think that I need too have my own beef that I raised for my own use inspected and tells me I can not process my own beef on my own farm. The sad part of this is that people will not stand up for what is right.
