Lapel, In | Friend of mine has a locker plant. He confided in me that he does well keeping and selling the hides for himself most of the time.Said it was gravy to him.Hides like everything else has its ups and downs, however. He also processes tons of Bambi beef too.lol.You should do well if you could rent part of the freezer out too.
Personally,I would like to find someone who would dress and process broilers. Last ones I had done, had to take them clear to West Harrison,Ohio. | |
