Not being a USDA certified facility can really limit your marketing area. Neighbor hauls his to a USDA cert. facility and has really expanded his marketing. Some folks are looking for the certs. Costs more but most are willing to pay.

It is a good system they have,,, use a "cut" sheet he goes over with the customer before hand,,, and thats what they get. It comes frozen and cut and wrapped the way they wanted it.

As with all regulations their are pains,,, which actually should give us peace of mind.. I think the problem is when the USDA inspector rolls up, just finished his last online college course and now he is in charge of you,,,, and he/she just wants you to know that >>>>>>>>>>>>
