Draxin would be good but spendy. Nuflor is not good for that, neither is baytril. Mycotil would work great. We always thought sulfa worked great. We used the sulfa scour pills for pnomnia. Depending on the size of the calf we would use liquid sulfa mixed with electrolites and then drench the calf with 1 gallon.
