NE NEBRASKA | I know some guys with Volvo engines who really like them. It's getting to be a chevy vs ford thing. Everyone has a opinion.
Me and my dad own 8 semi trucks and I myself think a Mercedes in a Freightliner columbia has been the best engine I've been around because it never breaks down, still under 500,000 miles so maybe that's why it runs great yet.
Others will say it's one of the worst engines. I'm not a big fan of cat c15 or c12 engines or cummins N14s. Had fairly good luck with a 12.7 & 14 liter Detroit's. | |
