I'd check with a Hardi dealer and see what they have to say, I'm sure they've fixed a few booms at some time or other. I looked up metric tubing at Spahr metric and it shows what's available. 20MM = 0.7874
They show 80MM x 60MM x 5MM which is 3.15 x 2.36 x .1969 wall.
3-1/4 x 2 1/4 isn't a standard size in any of the supplier books that I've looked at. Probably is metric.
