NC | Get the 4038, big difference in power. Like others have said auto solution control is nice, can do a lot of things from the ground and it also adds the tank float that lets you know your gallons as you fill. And get a front fill if you can, never knew how much I would use a front fill until I got one. I'm running an 18 model now, I like everything about it other than the gen 4 display doesn't have a few features the 2630 had, like the option to turn jobs on and off, all we have now is two acre counters and you can't turn them off only can zero them out, also lost the totals page where you could filter things in a search, talked to deere about the step back they took in the new display and basically was told to use operations center. If you do any custom spraying or just curious about what you did earlier in a field you can't do it from the cab anymore. Also unless someone knows where it's at I lost the row finder in the gen 4, luckily I really don't need it anymore but when I use to custom spray cotton it was always nice to have. | |
