just replaced  a sensor on my 3680.   The 'kit'  comprised of the sensor and wiring  harness adapter,   which   the original  sensor had 2 flat  spades,  but the replacement sensor  has  2  pins  w/lock ring threads    
found the sack it came in!      3795285M1  is the  harness adapter   I'm surprised the parts guy didn't read the fine print  and   threw in (ok,  added it to the bill)  the harness  along with the sensor..
