| I just looked at a Versatile 2375 yesterday (red version of a 9684), and whatever they did with the transmission was awesome. It shifted so easy you could literally do it with three fingers. I had a 946 for a number of years, and I actually had to use both hands sometimes to shift it! Another thing I didn't realize is they did away with the old dry clutch on the engine flywheel and went to a wet clutch in the front of the transmission, another big improvement! Did the blue 9xxx series have a dry clutch? They did make a 2290 model, but those might be pretty rare. I think there is one on Tractor House. | |
