Britton, SD | Years ago went from 846 to 9482 was good move more hyd for air seeder. Shifting wasn't much better. And a used 846 that had a 15 speed transmission with PTO/3pt and bar axles that bought on consignment sale. Shift greater loved the tractor, lost in fired and replaced with 9282 with pto only. We only had it a few years till we sold it seemed like a dog in the field compared to old 846's and didn't shift as well as that 15 speed did one reason may of been good tires it had with multiple short bars verse regular lugs.. Later found a 876 we still have great on fuel and more power that that 9282 ever had. Over all good cheap tractors which ever way you go. If you could find it a 9480 they had 855. | |
