If the soil is not frozen pour it.Use an accelerant ,higher cement ratio,hot water.smooth her out ,chuck a layer of straw or hay for a few days.Never ever have an issue as the concrete cures it creates heat,the free water on top needs the cover so you dont get a grainy surface.Now if it was going to be your house floor I might set up a temp poly structure with a little heat if it was going towards zero.
