The fendt platform where the combine the planter the tractors can all have 3-year or 5-year warranty and with that warranty comes a maintenance program and an annual inspection. Most of them dealers also have a support person that does not cost any money to the customer they're built into the price of the equipment. So in the springtime when you are hooking the tractor up to the planter that person can come out just help you with whatever you need if it's 10 minutes or 2 hours. Same thing in the fall with the combine if you're having trouble getting a clean sample or just want help with initial setup for each crop.

As far as Parts goes the dealers have to carry certain inventory based upon equipment sold. But they also work with a customer to set them up with a little bit of inventory on their Farm so if you have a weigh pin fail or break a sickle and a guard you have that kind of stuff on hand.

With the loaner program if the machine cannot be fixed in 48 hours they have to provide you with something even if it's not the identical machine to what you have. With that in mind think of how much it cost to put ours on a brand new machine sitting on the front line so you can imagine how hard they're going to work to get you running within that 48 hours.

I think it's just a matter of time before farmers put their pencil to the paper see what the true cost of ownership on these tractors are and their production capabilities cost per acre all that stuff I think you're going to start seeing over the next five years a lot of fendt on farms
