Southern Ontario | The problem IMO is that, once, the people at the head of corporations had close ties with the product they sold, they were farmers, mechanics, car racers etc and so they had empathy for their customers. CEOs running an agricultural company today, yesterday were running a shoe company or a soft drink company etc and consequently they can't relate to their customers, they are not products of hands on marketing, but theoreticians from the Halls of Academia and care not for reality, but only for what the stats says and we know well how stats can be slanted and interpreted.
