ND | Our farm had MF back in the day with a 1100 & 1135 both were New. They lost their dealers in the 80's is the big problem, the dealers now were not the dealers before so the dealers now are not familiar with the past anything is a problem. Your basically starting anew. Quality of all equipment back in the 60's & 1970's was kinda the same where tractors needed overhauls around 3000 engine hrs until Deere got alot better & you could get 8000 hrs before major work which left the rest in the 1980's dust & all the mergers helped fog up the playing field & farmers remember this, your dealers are way too far apart in miles and service calls get expensive just to get the Tech in your yard & then do they know how to fix? We had alot of MH & MF combines but in the mid 80's MF disappeared & JD appeared. Might be better if they specialized in a smaller line like Hay equipment or under 100 HP tractors, stay in tractors.
