east central, Iowa | Posi-close Schlegel wheels are what I use in soils like yours. I had issues with the regular wheels packing the furrow and leaving a crust so I switched to these five years ago and I now have the best stands that I’ve ever had. I’m sure there’s other wheels out there that are just as good but this is the one that I picked the only downfall to them would be if you had alot of rocky areas you could pick up a rock in between but I never have had that problem and we do have a few rocks in areas. | |
