Falcon and Dickey-John can run electric drives. Dickey-John would be far less expensive. I have never seen a Raven or Mid-Tech electric drive. Some of the Ag-Chem air spreaders had a low rate electric drive granular option in the 1990's if I remember right. This was with the Falcon controller.
