Easy install (I've now done three) Easy set up through the app. Completely wireless. Contacts the monitoring place via cell phone that is built into the system. All sensors are provided with a double sided 3M tape, no drilling. No contracts. A couple of different plans, but the one that you can access through the phone is $24.99 per month.
It has 2 levels of protection, home and away. Home turns on the door and window alarms, Away turns on the door and window plus IR movement sensors.
It also monitors Fire, Water in basement, and Inside Temperature. For the temperature sensor, it notifies you via phone if the temp in the house gets below a set value
I put mine in 5 years ago and have had zero issues.
Now, all that being said, mine is in the house, not any out buildings. You may have issues if those sensors are a long way from the base unit.
