I was in Windsor,MO about 10 years ago...It was raining and some Amish in a buggy were coming towards me....All of a sudden the horse went down and slid in to my lane...I was going slow and barely got stopped in time to avoid hitting the horse..
you was about 10 miles from me when in windsor there is a pretty big community of amish down there.
