We just traded our 2011 Flex with 97,000 on for an '18 Flex.   Had no trouble with the '11, just wanted to update and wanted AWD instead of just front wheel drive.    I sure wouldn't worry about running one to 300,000.   Pretty reliable vehicles, the only thing we ever worked on were the brakes and replaced the tires.
