The FAA moved the AOR-W satellite further west earlier this year, which means it's lower on the horizon for most users east of the Rockies. They also launched a new satellite - PRN135.
If you're east of the Rockies, Trimble now recommends disabling AOR-W and POR, and enable the 135 satellite. Also, make sure you're running the latest firmware (3.0 or higher).
