EC North Dakota
My grandfather died over 50 years ago. I still have people tell me stories of how he helped them get started. Either farming or just in life.

A woman just told me the story that her dad fell on hard times when she was a little. My grandfather converted a grainery for her family to live in until they could get going again.

Another lady ten years ago told me she went to him during the depression, said her family wasn’t making it because her husband was a drunk. He gave her some chickens and a milk cow. She said he was the kindest.

His sister became a billionaire in today’s money. She gave every penny to charities. Especially those for young women.

If I could do 1/10 of what he did to help people, I’d be happy.
