These type of negotiations are a test of will. The Chinese expect us to be weak and fail like we have in the past. They expect us to cave before they do. Maybe they are correct?
They understand that American Ag is a big part of Trump's base. That is why we have been targeted. But if rural America is not tough enough to endure some time for discomfort, we surely can't expect anything from urban America?
