We cannot keep giving all our money to China in exchange for thier junk. It would be fine if the exchange was balanced but it's not. Also say you invented a widjet and was selling that widjet for $10 everyone wanted one and was buying them life was good. Then you see an advertisement for your widjet for $9. You look a little closer, it's almost exactly the same but made in China. Your market shrinks. The rest of the country has been effected by this for at least a decade.
No bid in the north.. in my opinion they are raising a crop with no terminal use up there. Solely depending upon export to get rid of it. No export no bid. Hopefully this event will get a bunch of the northern acres back into small grain & pasture. Jon
Actually we can continue to give our money to china for their goods. We're getting real, tangible goods from them in exchange for script that we print from thin air, backed by nothing but the good faith of the United States. It's a sweet deal for us. |
