| Jon, I don't wish to be rude but just stop complaining, farmers got what they voted for and now they just need to live with it. It's their patriotic duty after all.
As for farmers not wanting to keep livestock, I live in an area where there are idle dairy facilities everywhere, Good facilities, some of them only recently built, paid for, they didn't stop because they wanted to, they stopped because it simply didn't make economic sense when the income didn't pay the bills.
As for when it hit's input prices, it won't, at least not until acres planted starts to decline and that hasn't happened yet. And won't for at least another year.
