| You're right.... there are times that they are designed to fail. You can hit the top of the market with one and the added value can look AWESOME, but when the market falters you get kicked out. Or you can write one on the small rally and it turns out that's the start of the breakout and you're double up on. That's frustrating too.
I like writing them. Especially in calm times. I would write one today for next May if the corn was unpriced in the bin. It would probably work out perfectly. They're all about timing. | |
