It looks to me like mostly everything we would buy from china will have a tax. If their cost to bring to the US is 1/2 of retail (a dubious argument I know), it would be in effect a 10% sales tax on nearly everything people buy at the walmarts of the world. The real question is who squeeze their margins to keep the final price from jumping 10%+.
