Thought some of you vintage tractor collectors would be interested in this story if it hasn’t already been posted. Guy decides to sell two old JD’s and donate the proceeds to his church/school. He thinks they will bring more at an auction if the school is selling them so he donates the tractors and then makes arrangements to have them sold. The auction company gets the serial numbers and finds out one of them is the first production GP off the line. That makes it worth a whole lot more.
