Nemaha Co Nebraska | Back when i worked construction we built a big mansion for a fellow who won the lottery, i think around $13 million. We built the house about 1 year after he won and in 6 years he was pretty much broke. He bought whatever wanted whenever he wanted it. All his friends, family, and neighbors were asking for handouts. If he didnt like a neighbor he would buy their property. His wife divorced him about 5 years after he won and she took some of the money with her. He was a miserable man. I think a big part of his downfall was that before he won he was as poor as a church mouse and had never handled a large amount of money. | |
