SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass! | Kind of off topic but one son bought a home in an urban area got it financed for under 4%. Nice place but nothing more than a place to live. My othervson bought a home in a rural area. best he could do was five and a half percent. House garage shed and room for the kids to play. Got something to do with Fannie Mae and who is eligible for what and whatever but somehow that just doesn't seem right and I know I went through the same thing 30 years ago whb en I bought mine.
