The statue has to be followed very carefully or one could be exposed to liability.
Would probably be wise to consult a competent attorney to determine the proper action(s) to take.
The attorney would be especially helpful in giving proper notice and determining "reasonable care".
Judges and law enforcement usually aren't kind to those who make their own rules. |
