When I say "buyers made a higher high within the fork", what I mean is, that to me, for the time since the "C" anchor was made, the market looks strong. It looks likely to me that price eventually makes the ML.

I'm not saying that the long term structure is bullish. Not even that the medium term structure is bullish (nor am I saying either are bearish, I just haven't looked at much other than this recently). I'm just saying that with only this fork as context, it looks like a bad place to be short because it seems likely that we make the median line.
