It is well established scientifically that running higher blends of ethanol in "properly designed" engines leads to much higher thermal efficiencies and dramatically lower overall fuel consumption per mile. Higher blends along with new engines can lead to very substantial savings for the consumers in the long run.
If you are at all serious about saving money, reducing our dependency on foreign oil and greater national security you would embrace the change.
