Don't know yet what it is. I have some of the same stuff in grass hayland. First thought it is Purpletop grass but I went to field and found Purpletop growing beside grass like yours, so it is not Purpletop. Thought it may be Purple Lovegrass but seedheads are different from Lovegrass , plus Lovegrass is low growing
