North Central Iowa | Lets get rid of subsidized crop insurance and profits will come back into farming. This is the reason we are in this mess right now. When the revenue insurance guaranteed a profit whether you raised a crop or not the banks couldn't shove money into farmers hands fast enough. All the risk and profit were bid away as that was at the time the right business thing to do. Now with no guaranteed profits you are going to see how fast the money is going to dry up in farming.
