If we don't get a charge of moisture very soon, we would of been better off to leave them "in the bag". Southwestern illinois is the location. I hear Missouri is very dry....I believe it because we get their left over moisture and this year has been very dry. No tariff needed....we are doing our part to starve the slant eyes.
