Corn stoves run approx 60-70% efficiency (unless you have one of the incredibly expensive new boiler style) so
392000 x 65% = 254,800
$3.20 NC Bid (using my local bid) / 254800 btu/bu =
=$.00001256/btu for corn
Assuming a decent 90% efficiency propane furnace
92,000 btu/gallon propane x .9 = 82,800 btu
82800 x $.00001256 = $1.04/gallon propane
<$1.04/gal propane, burn propane
>$1.04/gal propane, burn corn
