sc ks | Why does it matter what % of Iowa farmland is paid for if it's not owned by farmers? I wasn't around in the 80s but would think if subsidized insurance dies there would be a lot of people not able to get financed if they rent their land and aren't already very solid. Just like then, those farmers who have money will continue to do well if interest goes up. And hopefully land goes down as I think it will but I've thought that for 10 years to no avail. | |
