I would say I really don't think it's a tank cleanout issue, it would not have damaged that much (45
Acres) or there was a lot of round up left in the tank, or he did it in 2 batch and the first batch he put round up in the mix by error? Of course he have to talk with the coop and complain. They have insurance for that kind of problem.
