Argentina just recently finished harvest of their short crop, they had a fair sized carry-in coming up to harvest, and have their bins 'full' now. They won't face their shortage now, but rather towards the end of their marketing year, as their next harvest approaches (Feb-Mar 2019). We have even sold them a couple/several boat loads for Fall 2018 delivery, and I would expect a few more sales in the future, as they procure supplies to keep their crush plants in operation 1st qtr 2019.
