While we are filing our nitrogen plans I think homeowners in larger cities could file their nitrogen plans as well as some filter strips so runoff doesn't go right down the sewer. Iowa has the Des Moines register which has went way to the left anti ag paper and minn has minn star tribune with columnists that think ag should let every thing go back to the way country was settled so he has more hunting habitat, but he shouldn't pay for it ,just use it. Be like a bunch of us farmers setting up deer camp in a new subdivision that used to be deer habitat and screaming that things have changed (but not getting our check book out to buy our own land ) because we have right to hunt.
