Yes, I no longer work at BAM as of last November and have since started my own consulting services (see signature).
With respect to the pattern change, I do believe the next 2 weeks offer heat risks and limited moisture. However, I do see some changes deeper toward the end of the month into August that suggest we may turn a bit cooler.
