I like BLT’s, but I’d just as soon have a nice, thick, USDA Prime Porterhouse, with sliced tomatoes while I enjoy my sweet corn.
Had our first sweet corn yesterday. Tonight I had 6 ears, Have to ease into the season, and work my way up.
I’m a nut for sweet corn, really can make a meal of it.
