NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | I agree Oahu is the most crowed of all the Hawaiian Islands and the downtown area is the worst which is where we stayed for our first trip back in 2002. Stay away from that area if at all possible unless you don’t mind lots of people. I don’t know what the population is now but back then we were told there were 2,000,000 people living on all of the Hawaiian Islands and 1,800,000 of them lived on Oahu. We only stayed there 2 days and 5 on Maui back then so I survived :-).
